How do I receive my files after purchase?

Immediately after checkout you get an instant download link. A backup download link is also sent to your email, and your files stay available in your order history. A small selection of physical outdoor products is also available and ships as a physical item when in stock — see the product page for shipping details.

What file format do I get?

Plans are provided as DXF cut files, as stated in each product listing. Open them in the CAD/CAM software you already use — LightBurn, Fusion 360, Inkscape, or similar.

What material and kerf are the plans designed for?

Each plan includes material notes, dimensions, and kerf guidance. Because every machine and material runs differently, always verify thickness, kerf, and units in your CAM software before cutting.

Can I use the files commercially?

Each product listing states the intended use. If you plan large-scale or commercial production and have questions about a specific design, contact us before purchasing.

What is your refund policy for digital files?

Because these are digital downloads delivered instantly, please review our Return Policy before purchasing. If a file is damaged or won't open, contact us with your order number and we will make it right.
